Stop Number Three
Gânache Chocolate

Head east on Lonsdale Street towards QV but before you get there turn right onto Swanston Street.

On Swanson Street you will also pass the South Australian Chocolate institution Haighs - either drop by now or come back later to pick up some extra Christmas gifts for family and friends.

Continue past Haighs and keep heading down Swanston Street, and then turn right onto Collins Street and Gânache Chocolate will be on the left!

——

Here you will receive Hot Chocolates & a Chocolate Tasting.

——

Gânache Chocolate offers a wide range of chocolate, patisserie, desserts and gelato, delivered with impeccable service.

Upon arrival at each stop, let them know your name, and that you are on your AmazingCo Mystery Food Walk.

Chocolate comes from a fruit tree; it's made from a seed. It takes 400 cocoa beans to make 1 pound/450 grams of chocolate and each cacao tree produces approximately 2,500 beans. A farmer must wait four to five years for a cacao tree to produce its first beans.
