Need to make changes to your experience? No problem! You can transfer your experience to someone else, adjust your booking date, or convert it to a gift card, all up to 48 hours before your scheduled experience, simply contact us by phone or chat^.
Cancellation Policy
If plans change at the last minute, you can cancel your booking via phone or online chat for a full refund anytime up to 3 business days before your experience^.
