About the role

The successful candidate will take a lead role in refining our exciting and recently launched experiences in Melbourne and Sydney, overseeing quality and efficiency. You will lead a small experience operations team, overseeing day to day activity and actively improving customer and provider experiences.

This role is varied and exciting and would suit someone highly organised with great attention to detail and a creative flair.


  • Managing all day to day activities of our Mystery experiences category

  • Management of a small team of experience operators

  • Maintaining and establishing relationships with providers by phone, email or meeting in person

  • Creativity for making up clues, conversation starters, games or unique extras.

  • Continuous improvement of experiences based on feedback

  • Managing customer feedback.

Salary: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 / year
