Is lunch included in the price?

Lunch is not included in the price, to allow for flexibility in choosing your location.

How many people can join the tour?

The more the merrier! We do not have any limits on how many guests join your tour but it is worth keeping in mind that some wine regions have capacity restrictions. In any case, our team will be able to provide you with suitable options or alternatives to ensure an amazing day out of tastings!

Can we drink on the bus?

We strongly advise drinking water throughout the day, so please bring a refillable bottle. However, it is unlawful to drink alcohol in a moving vehicle, so you are unable to consume alcohol while on the bus.

Can we play music on the bus?

Yes absolutely. AUX connectivity is subject to which vehicle is available so we recommend you bring a portable speaker in the event there is no AUX connection.

When do you need the final numbers?

We allow up until 1 week prior to your tour date to confirm your final numbers, so plenty of time to finalise your guestlist! Please be advised that a change in numbers may result in a different per-person cost.

Can we make venue requests?

We absolutely accept requests! We can begin creating a custom itinerary including your requests as soon as we receive a small deposit to secure your booking. Please keep in mind that all requests are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Is there a reduced cost for attendees who can't drink?

Please let our team know of any guests who wish not to partake in tastings and we will remove any applicable tasting fees from their per person pricing.

When will we get the itinerary?

You will receive your final itinerary the week of your wine tour. All your cellar door tastings and lunch reservations will all be booked in and ready for your arrival!

Can we do a half day tour?

You certainly can, however please note your tastings will still need to fall between 9-5. Please let our friendly team know that you are interested in organising a half day tour and we will craft a custom itinerary specific to your requests.

When is payment due by?

Your deposit is due within 3 days of booking and final payment is due 2 weeks before the event.

What is a security deposit?

Attendees are liable for any damage or cleaning fees. A $300 security deposit may be added to your invoice to cover any incurred costs and will be returned to you on completion of your tour.

When is the latest I can cancel?

Cancellation notifications 14 days before the tour: forfeit deposit. Cancellation notifications 7 days or less before the tour: full charges apply. Rescheduling requests 3-7 days before the experience date: forfeit deposit. Any rescheduling requests within 72 business hours of the tour will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and charged in full.>
