Frequently asked questions
This experience is a 3 day itinerary starting on the morning of day 1 and ending in the evening of day 3.
You will fly to Adelaide early in the morning of day 1, and return in the evening of day 3. Exact times will be confirmed post-booking depending on flight availability.
Pricing is per person, with a minimum of 2 participants.
A gourmet picnic lunch on day 1 as part of your Mystery Picnic, winery lunch on day 2, and a 5 dish tasting lunch on day 3.
We accommodate most dietary needs at no extra charge, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. We also strive to meet dietary requirements for pregnancy upon request. For pescetarians, we recommend booking as vegetarians.
You can also outline any allergies we should be aware of at the time of booking. We take all food allergy and dietary requirements seriously, and do our best to accommodate them.
Whilst we do our very best to ensure that we comply with any dietary requirements provided to us, we do work with third parties and therefore are unable to guarantee this or that all of the food provided is completely free of allergens. At each stop when collecting your items we recommend you reconfirm any dietaries and/or allergies.
Your full itinerary with all instructions will be emailed to you 7 days before the experience begins. Your flight details will be provided 7 days after the date of booking.
You'll need to pack for 2 nights away. Be sure to bring warm clothes, it can get cold in the valley. And remember to bring your drivers license if you are hiring a car.
All attendees will need to be 18+ to take part.
As we pre-plan and book your itinerary, we require at least 3 weeks notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your experience.
