With your bellies full and a newfound appreciation for the Valley, it's time for the Alpaca Experience! Begin by getting acquainted with your fluffy companions in the catch yard. You'll build a bond with the alpacas and llamas before taking a leisurely stroll to a picturesque spot on the farm. Here, you can cuddle and pet your new friends while soaking in the breathtaking scenery. Capture heartwarming photos to remember this special moment with the alpaca or llama of your dreams!After your walk, enjoy a hands-on feeding session where you can treat the happy herd to delicious snacks from a bucket filled with tasty alpaca and llama treats.

Food and dietaries
We won’t give away too much here, it is part of the mystery after all! But you can safely expect gourmet foods from local artisan producers, including your traditional picnic foods (such as cheese, meats, fruits and crackers etc.) as well as some kid friendly more simple editions. And naturally, as artisan producers will be unique to the different destinations, the final picnic content varies slightly between them.
Absolutely! We can cater for most dietary needs for no additional charge, including gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian diets. Customers can also outline any allergies we should be aware of at the time of booking. We recommend pescatarians book as vegetarians.

Pricing is based on two adults and two children.
No, you will need your own car to get around.
All food for your picnic will be covered in the cost of your experience.
On the day
Enclosed shoes are mandatory for the alpaca tour.
We recommend allowing around 4 hours in total.
Your digital experience instructions for your picnic will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to your selected date. Post-purchase, your confirmation email will detail all the necessary information about timing and what to pack.
No local knowledge is required to solve the clues on the day. Whether you know the city well, or it's your first visit, the experience is designed to guide you to discover new things during your visit!
We will always have a picnic spot planned for you; be that a picnic area, a park or even a winery. Please note that picnic set up is not included so you are welcome to find a spot and settle in to eat. We also recommend bringing along a picnic blanket if you have one, in case you decide to settle on the grass.
