But you can safely expect gourmet foods from local artisan producers, including your traditional picnic foods (such as cheese, meats, fruits and crackers etc.). And naturally, as artisan producers will be unique to the different destinations, the final picnic content varies slightly between them.

Absolutely! We can cater for most dietary needs for no additional charge, including gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan diets. Customers can also outline any allergies we should be aware of at the time of booking. We recommend pescatarians book as vegetarians.

Pricing is based on two adults.

You’ll need your own transport to reach the starting point at Margaret River Airport for the helicopter ride. After the flight, your first picnic collection stop is about a 10-minute drive away. From there on, your picnic experience continues to be a driving route , covering approximately 43 km, with free parking along the way.

All food for your picnic will be covered in the cost of your experience. If you wish to make additional purchases, we do have some exclusive discounts along the way.

Sunglasses and your phone or camera for photos. The airport can also be cooler on windy days, so a jacket if you feel the cold.

We recommend allowing around 4-6 hours including the helicopter flight, which will take place before your picnic.

Your digital experience instructions for your picnic will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to your selected date. Post-purchase, your confirmation email will detail all the necessary information about timing and what to pack.

For safety reasons, the helicopter’s weight and balance are calculated before every flight. The maximum combined passenger weight is 240kg for up to three people. If this limit is exceeded, the booking cannot proceed.

A full refund will be provided if the helicopter flight can not go ahead due to adverse weather. The pilot's decision is final. In such cases, we will contact you to offer a rescheduled experience or a partial refund if the Mystery Picnic proceeds as planned.
