Elevate your sandwich style with chef-quality ingredients and flair. Start your day with a delicious sandwich starter for brunch. Once you’re fuelled up, start hunting down your gourmet sandwich ingredients, following a map and solving clues across one of Melbourne's most iconic fresh food markets.
After a fun day out, head home for an amazing night in, with cook-along videos from Australian celebrity chef and sando enthusiast Darren Purchese, foodie games, and a digital recipe book to fuel any future craving.

We have two Gourmet Sandwich Hunt options: one includes a steak sandwich recipe and a prosciutto sandwich recipe; the other is completely vegetarian. A gluten-free option is also available.
Unfortunately these experiences are not suitable for, dairy-free or vegan customers. You can sign up to the waitlist to hear about new recipe formats launching soon.
Not at all! This series is designed for anyone who wants to have a go creating delicious recipes. But don't worry about your cooking experience. You'll have access to recipes and cook-along videos from Darren to help you.
