What is the experience?

Our Hens Race and Cocktail Making Medley is the perfect option if you have a large hens group who loves challenges and fun competitions.

We’ll send out one (or two) of our amazing hosts to run the race, they’ll bring all the clues and equipment that you’ll need to embark on an epic city adventure to claim the Hens Race champ title!

But it doesn't stop there!

Your final challenge will lead you to a mystery venue where professional mixologists are waiting to test out your cocktail creativity. After racing around the city you might also be tempted to graze on some delicious canapés!

Can we tailor the events to match our group?

While there are limitations to customising the events, we always try our best to meet any request you may have!

What happens if it rains?

All of our events can go ahead in all weather and will only be postponed in the event of extreme weather. Should you choose to reschedule within 14 days of your event date, you will be charged 100% of the total estimated cost of your booking. This cost varies depending on the costs that our team has incurred.

What do you need from us?

Parking must be either provided or reimbursed by the client. This has not been included in your event price. Should a parking space be unable to be provided on the day, parking costs will need to be reimbursed after the event. Please keep in mind that your hosts may have equipment to carry and may be coming from another event. Close-by parking is essential to beginning the event on time and Amazing Hens Parties will not be responsible for late starts, should this condition be neglected.

Can you organise a venue for us?

Unfortunately we are unable to organise a venue for you. We offer mobile entertainment and do not own any of our own venues.

Is there a travel fee?

Travel fees may be applicable and will be included in your quote once we have received your location details.

When is full payment due?

Full payment is normally due 2 full weeks before your event. Please note some events may require full payment up front.

What happens if some people have COVID and drop out last minute?

The final number of participants for your event must be confirmed 7 days before the date. Unfortunately refunds will not be given within 7 days if your numbers drop, or if people do not show on the day.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you decide to cancel your confirmed event you will be invoiced as per the following conditions:

  • Cancellation notifications 8-14 days before the event: forfeit deposit
  • Cancellation notifications 7 days or less before the tour: full charges apply
  • 7 days notice is required for final numbers and any change requests
