What is the experience?
After landing, head to Bondi Liquor for a gin blending masterclass. Sample a range of botanicals, create your own personalised blend, and bottle it to take home. It’s a day that pairs big views with a keepsake you’ll remember long after.

Important Information
Participants must be at least 18 years old and may be asked to show a valid ID, so please bring it with you. This experience is designed for a minimum of two adults.
Allow around 5 hours for the full experience, including both sessions and travel time between Rotor One and Bondi Liquor.
The two experiences are just a 16-minute drive apart in the Mascot and Darlinghurst area, making it a short and easy trip between them.
Because your gin experience includes alcohol, we recommend using public transport or a rideshare to travel to and from your experience.

For your helicopter ride, please bring a pair of sunglasses, and you're welcome to wear clothing appropriate to the weather. We recommend a windbreaker jacket on cooler or windy days to keep you warm.
For your gin-making experience, dress in comfortable casual.

Helicopter
You should not fly if:
- You weigh more than 130kgs
- You are pregnant and in your third trimester. You should always consult your GP first if you're pregnant.
Rotor One will monitor the weather at all times and only fly when safe to do so.
If your helicopter is cancelled due to bad weather, it can be rescheduled or refunded.
Yes, you will be the only passengers in the helicopter. All tours are private.
Yes, the hangar is wheelchair-accessible. Rotor One warmly welcomes passengers with special needs, as long as a carer accompanies them on their flight. Please note that assistance cannot be provided with lifting disabled guests into the aircraft.

Your favorite blend will be bottled into a 200ml keepsake to enjoy at home.
Yes. Enjoy complimentary snacks as you blend and bond with fellow enthusiasts.
Yes, most dietary requirements can be covered, as long as we know at the time of booking.
