USA SALES AND EVENTS COORDINATOR

About the role

We would be surprised if there is a more exciting events role out there. The successful candidate will be working remotely providing excellent customer service and sales to our inbound customers as well as being the key contact for our team of USA kids entertainers as our events are taking place on the weekends. You will be responsible for trouble shooting issues, providing support along with sales and customer service. You will also manage a team of entertainers and be responsible for scheduling, training and organising costumes and equipment.

The role will be 5 days per week Monday- Friday with full training provided.

Key duties

  • Assisting clients by phone and email to book and manage their events

  • Trouble shooting and managing event issues under time pressure

  • Liaising with entertainers

  • Sales and customer service

  • Event administration

Skills & Experience

  • Outstanding customer service

  • Outstanding time management

  • Problem solving abilities

  • Remaining cool and calm under pressure

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Relevant undergraduate qualification preferred but not essential

  • Sales, customer service or retail experience preferred

  • General office work experience preferred
