Job Description

Working directly with the CMO, you’ll have daily contact with the founders, sales, design and the technical team as you develop and manage acquisition strategies (classic channels but also some exciting and super unique to our business) and optimise funnels to drive activation and adoption. This role is perfect for PPC specialists looking to take ownership with an inhouse position, while also applying their skills to wider growth initiatives. We’ll invest the time to help you learn the business from the ground up through our onboarding sales and operations rotation, and ask that you think big and ambitious in everything you do.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own a $2.5m+ annual paid media budget

  • Take the lead in new acquisition and growth initiatives

  • Manage and analyse data for strategic insight and campaign performance improvements

  • Work on funnel optimisation, own the execution of new tests

  • Contribute to the marketing direction in support of the strategic goals of the business

  • Learn the business from the ground up via a sales and operations rotation

  • And work across all geographies including North America, Australia & New Zealand

About You, Personally:

  • Above all else, you’ll be excited about helping our customers spend their time better through real world experiences - you have to be onboard with our mission

  • Ability to have fun and contribute to a vibrant working environment (get involved in our team nights and quarterly team building activities - these are so much fun!)

  • Not afraid to step out of your comfort zone and try some new stuff. A ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to take on something new is critical.

  • A++ teamwork and communication skills

About You, Technically:

  • You’re super switched on when it comes to digital marketing, you live and breathe it

  • Acquisition is your thing - anything that drives growth is what you think about in the shower (specifically, you have 2-3 years experience in this space, agency or inhouse)

  • You love data! And I mean really love data.. We’re a startup focused on data driven decision making

  • Talking to customers excites you, you have empathy and understand their needs

  • SEO knowledge is a big plus, but basic understanding is important

  • You possess foundational business acumen, but your creative side is strong

  • You are a details ninja, no typo or pixel goes past you!

  • You bring professional experience - specifically in a similar role managing digital advertising in industry.
